Debut C6.2

The DC62 is a 2-way, bass-reflex center channel with a nominal impedance of 8 Ω and a sensitivity of 88 dB at 2.83 V/1 m. Its two 6.5-inch woven aramid-fiber woofers cover the low end, and a 1-inch cloth-dome tweeter with a waveguide takes the response up to 35,000 Hz. The crossover sits at 2,200 Hz, and the stated frequency response is 55 to 35,000 Hz. The high sensitivity is meant to let even entry-level AV receivers drive it comfortably.

The cabinet is CARB2-rated MDF with internal bracing and a black ash vinyl finish. The two flared bass ports are on the front panel, so the speaker can sit on a shelf, inside a cabinet or close to a wall without hurting bass output. It is designed to match the other speakers in the Debut 2.0 range, such as the DB62 bookshelf and DF62 floorstanding models.

Connection is through 5-way metal binding posts, wired to an AV receiver or amplifier with speaker cable. Maximum power input is 120 W. The unit measures 593 × 193 × 268 mm (W × H × D) and weighs 11.5 kg.
