The 720 is a digital stereo looper that records up to 12 minutes of audio, split across 10 independent loop banks. Loops can be recorded, overdubbed, stopped and undone or redone from the main footswitch, with overdubbing not limited in number. Audio is uncompressed, using 24-bit converters at a 44.1kHz sample rate.
A second footswitch can be set either to stop playback or to switch the Reverse and 1/2 Speed effects on and off. Reverse plays a loop backwards, and 1/2 Speed lowers the pitch by one octave while halving the tempo; both can be used during playback or while overdubbing. A programmable fadeout mode applies an automatic fade when playback is stopped.
The pedal has a mono/left and a right input plus left and right outputs, so it can record in stereo or take two instruments at once. A 1/4" TRS foot controller jack accepts common three-button foot controllers for changing bank up or down and for instant undo-redo. A 9.6VDC adapter is included, and the footswitches are silent.
