Description
The Mustang LTX50 is a single-channel digital modelling combo rated at 50 watts into one 12-inch Celestion G12P-80 speaker (8 ohms). It offers 25 amp models and 25 effect models, covering vintage Fender voicings, other classic amps and modern high-gain sounds, with effects such as distortion, overdrive, compression, modulation, reverb, delay and octave. The signal path is configurable, and a colour display shows settings and a chromatic tuner.
Up to 100 preset slots are available, 70 of which are factory presets that can be edited. Presets can be created, edited, backed up, downloaded and shared in the Fender Tone app for iOS and Android over Bluetooth. Bluetooth also streams audio from a phone or computer so the player can jam along with songs or lessons.
On the back and sides it has a 1/4 inch instrument input, 3.5 mm stereo aux input, stereo 3.5 mm headphone output, 1/4 inch effects loop send/return and an XLR line out with ground lift. A USB-C port carries bidirectional audio for recording and monitoring on Mac or PC. An optional 5-button LTX-5 footswitch connects via RJ-45. The EU model runs on 100-240 VAC mains.
