H120

The H120 combines a stereo integrated amplifier with a digital section taken from larger models in the same range. It is rated at 2 x 75 W into 8 Ω and is built on the SoundEngine 2 amplifier platform. That platform compares output with input and feeds distortion back in reverse phase, giving a damping factor above 2000. The power supply is larger than in the maker's entry-level amplifiers, which suits speakers that are harder to drive.

Inputs cover balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA analog sources, plus coaxial, optical, USB and network digital inputs. Streaming support includes AirPlay, Roon Ready, Spotify Connect, UPnP and JPLAY certification. IP Control and Control4 are also supported, and new features can be added through software updates. Each input can be set to bypass the volume control, so the amplifier can sit in a home theater setup or follow a streamer such as a Bluesound or Sonos.

A variable unbalanced RCA line output is provided. The chassis measures 10 x 43 x 35 cm including feet and has a shipping weight of 12 kg. The maker lists this model among its discontinued products.
