The StudioLive SE 32R is a rackmount digital mixer that pairs 32 recallable XMAX-R preamps with 16 FlexMixes, which can be set up as aux, subgroup or matrix mixes. It also has 4 dedicated subgroups, 4 FX mixes with stereo returns and 24 DCA groups for grouped control of channels.
For recording, it provides a continuous, bidirectional 64x64 USB 2.0 audio interface and onboard stereo recording to SD card. Virtual Soundcheck is available through Capture, and a perpetual licence for Fender Studio Pro is included, with direct preamp control and switching between onboard and plug-in processing. Each channel can switch its source between analog, USB, SD and AVB.
The mixer connects to other gear over Milan-certified AVB networking, which links it to NSB stageboxes, EarMix 16M personal monitor mixers and other StudioLive Series III mixers. It can run standalone, as a monitor mixer or as a stagebox. Universal Control handles remote mixing and offline editing, and QMix-UC provides personal monitor mixing from a phone or tablet.
