The JUPITER-X is a 61-key performance synthesizer in a metal chassis. Its ZEN-Core engine includes MODEL sound generators that recreate Roland instruments such as the JUPITER-8, JUNO-106, SH-101, JX-8P, XV-5080, RD pianos and drum machines like the TR-808, TR-909 and CR-78. Up to five parts can be layered or split: four synth parts and one rhythm part.
I-ARPEGGIO is a multi-part arpeggiator that detects what is being played and generates matching drum, bass, chord and arpeggio patterns on all five parts. Generated patterns can be edited and exported to a DAW. Control is through a graphic LCD, knobs, sliders, buttons, a dedicated effects section and quick switching between layers. The effects set includes four multi-effects systems with 90 types, plus reverb, chorus, delay, overdrive and master EQ and compressor.
For connections it has 1/4-inch and XLR main outputs, a mic input, an aux input, MIDI In/Out, USB audio/MIDI to a computer, a USB memory port, and Bluetooth audio and MIDI. Built-in speakers are included. It can share sounds and content with the JUPITER-Xm and can be updated with new content.
