The SR-LavMicro U3 is a clip-on lavalier microphone that plugs directly into the USB Type-C port of most Android devices. It works as plug-and-play with audio and video recording apps, so no setup or extra software is needed. The omnidirectional capsule picks up sound from all around the wearer.
The series is offered in several kits. Standard versions pair one transmitter-side microphone (TX) with a Type-C receiver (RX) connector and a 2 m cable. Longer 6 m cable kits are listed, including a version with two microphones for recording two voices. Dedicated versions are listed for the DJI Osmo Pocket and the DJI Osmo Action cameras.
The microphone connects by cable only, through USB-C, and is aimed at phone vlogging, interviews and video work on Android phones and DJI pocket cameras.
