Description

The e 835 is a wired dynamic microphone with a cardioid pick-up pattern, built for lead vocals and speech. Its tuning combines tight low mids with a present treble, and it is designed to keep the voice clear and consistent when the distance to the capsule changes or the performer moves off axis. It copes with high stage levels and high sound pressure.

The capsule is shock-isolated against handling noise and includes a hum-compensating coil. Feedback rejection is a stated strength, and the housing is made of metal. Besides stage use, it is suited to lectures, presentations and conferences where speech intelligibility matters.

It connects through a standard XLR-3 connector. Three variants exist: the standard e 835, the e 835-S with a silent on/off switch, and a 3-pack of the e 835. A clip and a pouch are supplied, and accessories include a pop protection, a pop-filter basket, a microphone clamp and a carrying bag.
