Description

The TD 101 A is a fully automatic turntable that sits below the TD 102 A in the Thorens line-up. Its mechanics were newly developed with the aim of keeping friction in all moving parts as low as possible.

It is fitted with a newly developed aluminum tonearm that carries an Audio-Technica AT 3600 cartridge already mounted. A built-in phono preamplifier can be switched on or off, so the turntable can be connected either to a system with a phono input or to line-level equipment such as active speakers or modern amplifiers without a phono stage.

The turntable is offered in a matt black finish. A datasheet and a user manual are available for download from the maker's downloads section.
