The FC600 V2 is a foot-operated control pedal that works either as a volume pedal for high-impedance instruments or as an expression controller for keyboards, sound modules and effects processors. Pressing the treadle forward raises the level and rocking back lowers it.
A built-in polarity switch lets the pedal match different effects units, keyboards and MIDI controllers. A minimum-volume control sets the lowest level, either to a rhythm level or to zero for swells. A variable resistor (VR) provides smooth travel across the full range, and a separate tuner output allows silent tuning.
The chassis is aluminum, which keeps the weight down while remaining sturdy enough for touring. The treadle surface is rubberized to prevent slipping, and its feel can be adjusted. It connects to instruments and equipment through its input, output and tuner output jacks.
