The SD251-CL PRO is a pair of in-ear monitors built around dynamic neodymium drivers. They cover a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, so they can serve for monitoring in the studio or on stage, for recording work, and for ordinary music listening.
The over-the-ear design is lightweight and intended for long wear. Several sets of soft ear tips are supplied to adjust the fit, and an inline wire slider keeps the cable in place and reduces tangling. The 1.6 m (63 in) cable is electromagnetically shielded to limit interference from nearby electronic equipment.
Connection is by a 3.5 mm plug. A gold-plated 3.5 mm to 6.3 mm threaded adapter is included for use with equipment that has larger jacks. A zippered carry case is supplied for transport and storage.
