Description
This is a signature Epiphone guitar developed with Jared James Nichols as a gold-finished counterpart to his black Old Glory model. It follows the 1955-style Les Paul Custom body shape, with a mahogany body, 7-ply top binding, 5-ply back binding and an aged gloss Double Gold finish. There is no pickguard.
The guitar has one Seymour Duncan P-90 in the bridge position under a black Dogear cover, controlled by one volume and one tone control with CTS potentiometers. The bridge is a wrap-around Lightning Bar. The glued-in mahogany neck has a 50s profile, a 12.0 in radius ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets and a Graph Tech NuBone nut. Grover Rotomatic tuners are fitted, and the headstock carries mother-of-pearl inlays and a signature reproduction on the rear.
Signal leaves through a 1/4" output jack. An EpiLite case is included. The maker lists the model as no longer available.
