The P-608 is a wired in-ear earphone built around a 10 mm dynamic driver with a high-flux magnet. Its aluminium housing is intended to isolate the listener from surrounding noise and reduce sound leaking out to people nearby.
The cable is a 1.2 m Y-type design ending in a straight, gold-plated 3.5 mm plug, so it works with any player that has a standard headphone output. Ear tips are supplied in three sizes (XS, S and M) to help with fit.
Electrical figures include a 16 Ω impedance, 98 dB output sound pressure level, 20 mW maximum input and a stated frequency response of 20 to 20,000 Hz. The model was sold in ten colour versions, each with its own model number and JAN code, and has since been discontinued by the maker.
