Description
The Mini SCF is a small-format modulation pedal that models the behaviour of bucket-brigade-device chorus circuits with digital signal processing. It provides three modes: Chorus, P.M. (a light chorus that blends chorus and pitch vibrato) and FLG (a flanger with regeneration, similar to adding feedback to a delay). A smart tap tempo function sets the modulation rate.
The dry signal stays analog for low noise and no added latency, while the effect path runs at 48 kHz / 32-bit processing with a dynamic range of 103 dB. Bypass can be set to true bypass or buffer bypass (trails): hold the footswitch while powering up, and the footswitch LED colour shows the selected mode (green for buffer, red for true bypass).
The pedal accepts stereo input and output through TRS cables when stereo mode is chosen. It runs from a 9V DC supply with negative tip, drawing under 100 mA; an optional ACD-008 adapter is available. Manuals in several languages and firmware for macOS and Windows are provided for download.
