TX-RZ30

The TX-RZ30 is a 9.2-channel AV receiver built around a wide-bandwidth amplifier section with custom low-noise power transformers and smoothing capacitors. Its stated frequency response runs from 5 Hz to 100 kHz, and it is designed to feed a full surround layout including overhead channels.

Room calibration is handled by Dirac Live. A Full Bandwidth licence covering 20 Hz to 20 kHz comes with the unit, and an optional Bass Control upgrade extends calibration to the subwoofer output so it is tuned together with the other speakers. On the format side, the receiver supports Dolby Atmos object-based audio, Dolby Vision video processing and IMAX Enhanced playback.

For streaming, the receiver carries built-in streaming apps and a Sonos port for sending sound to a Sonos wireless network. A Klipsch Optimize mode applies preset crossover values for specific Klipsch Reference Premiere speakers. Spec sheets, manuals in English and French, and firmware updates are available from the maker.
