Bumper
Four-input instrument selector that sends one chosen guitar, bass or acoustic to a single 1/4" output for a stage amp or pedalboard. A footswitch steps through the connected instruments, for players who swap instruments during a set. Discontinued.

The Bumper takes up to four instruments and routes one of them at a time to a single 1/4" output that feeds a stage amp or pedalboard. A footswitch steps through the inputs in sequence, with LEDs showing which one is selected. If only three instruments are connected, it cycles through those three and skips input 4.
Each channel has its own control that can be set to either Drag or Input Trim. Drag is used to match the feel and tone of an instrument connected straight to the amp, for example with magnetic pickups. Trim is used to balance levels between instruments, such as active and passive basses or different acoustics. A Class-A buffer is built into the signal path to keep the audio quality intact, and a dedicated output is available for adding a tuner.
