Description

Stem Table is a speakerphone for tables and other flat surfaces. It has nine microphones that perform beamforming, so the array can pick out the person speaking. The speaker driver faces downward, which keeps it physically apart from the microphones so far-end audio is reproduced clearly without interfering with pickup.

An LED light ring follows the direction of the active talker, showing where the beamformed pickup is pointing. Setup takes three steps: place the device in the room, connect it to the network, and assign it to the room. Devices can be managed securely over the network as part of the Stem ecosystem.

Stem Table is powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE+), so a single network cable handles both power and connection. It can be combined with other Stem devices such as Ceiling, Control, Hub, Speaker and Wall. The Hub adds further connectivity, including USB Type B, Dante (Hub only), SIP and external analog speakers, and the system works with common video conferencing platforms.
